Independent game studio · Germany
SEQUENCODE is a one-person studio. Every game is written once in Flutter and Dart and ships as an Android app and as a full web version — and the web versions are free to play on Solvarium.
Solvarium
Solvarium is where every SEQUENCODE game lives on the web: the same games as the apps, nothing to install, in 27 languages.
Open SolvariumTrophies, leaderboards and a player profile — or just start playing, no sign-up needed.
One new board every day, the same one for everybody.
Every game and every rule sheet, in 27 languages.
A solver checks every board before it ships.
Games
Each one is a classic logic puzzle, built out into a full game with a campaign, a daily puzzle and endless boards. All of them play in the browser; four are also on Google Play.

How it's built
Every game is a Flutter app. The same Dart code becomes the Android app and the web version, so a fix or a new puzzle reaches both at once.
One codebase per game, compiled for Android and for the web, with Material 3 Expressive throughout.
Menus, the daily puzzle, achievements, settings and all 27 languages are written once, in a package every game builds on. A game only adds its puzzle.
Every puzzle has its own solver and generator in Dart. Boards are generated, rated by difficulty and kept only when they have exactly one solution.
This site and Solvarium are built with Astro and TypeScript and run on Firebase — Hosting, plus Authentication and Firestore for accounts and leaderboards.
Flutter & Dart
My favourite framework and language: quick to build with, one codebase for phone and browser, and a UI toolkit that makes Material 3 a pleasure.
Before and alongside Flutter I've built with JavaScript and TypeScript, and on the web with Vue and Angular.
About
I run SEQUENCODE as a solo project. This means I take full ownership of the entire process: from the initial code architecture and user interface layout to the level design and final quality control.
What started seven years ago as hobby programming has evolved into a serious passion. Over these years of building things, I've learned that games feel best when they are focused, finished properly, and kept clean.
A puzzle should be there wherever you are. That is why every game is built for both: the app on your phone, the full game in any browser.
