Decussis
Terms of service
Last updated: September 5, 2026
Acceptance
These terms apply to Decussis ("the app"), published by Yannick Krüssel. By installing or using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Licence
You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use Decussis on devices you control, for private, non-commercial use.
You may not sell, rent, sublicense or redistribute the app, nor reverse-engineer, decompile or modify it, except where that right cannot lawfully be restricted.
Ownership
Decussis, including its code, artwork, level design, sound and name, remains the property of Yannick Krüssel. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership to you.
Purchases
In-app purchases are sold and processed by Google Play, not directly by us. Prices are shown before you confirm.
Refunds are handled by Google under the Google Play refund policy. If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, your statutory withdrawal and refund rights are unaffected by these terms.
A one-off purchase such as removing advertising is tied to your Google account and can be restored on other devices signed in to that account.
Advertising
Decussis is free and supported by advertising. Advertising is served by Google AdMob and its content is not chosen or endorsed by us. How advertising affects your data is set out in the privacy policy.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the app in a way that breaks the law, and not to interfere with its normal operation, including by tampering with saved data or leaderboards to gain an unfair advantage.
Leaderboard entries that appear to be manipulated may be removed without notice.
Availability
Decussis is provided as it is. We do not promise that it will always be available, free of faults, or compatible with every device or future version of Android. Features may change or be withdrawn as the app is updated.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as the app changes. The current version is always published at this address with the date it took effect. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
